Is made from one of the oldest grapes cultivated in Tuscany: Canaiolo. One of the most traditional native Tuscan grapes, Canaiolo is characterised by a marked freshness and drinkability, accompanied by floral and fruity notes on the nose and a pleasant smoothness on the palate. Its great drinkability makes it perfect for pairing with white meats, which require an agile and not too complex structure. Canaiolo is ideal with chicken and its various preparations, both those that are more traditional (grilled, roast) and those associated with characteristic American BBQ spices (chicken wings, beer can chicken, lollipops).
Pairs with: roasted, grilled chicken or turkey, and spicy chicken wings or drumsticks.
Vinification and ageing: maceration in steel tanks, with vinification and ageing in concrete.
